LEADERSHIP & STAFF
Steve
joins the New Hope Staff as Pastor, Head of Staff, in March
of 2003. Before coming to Fishers, Steve has served churches
in Pittsburgh, PA, and Norwalk, OH. He graduated from Purdue
in 1981, from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1985, and earned
his Doctor of Ministry degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary
in 1997. Steve has a passion for church leadership, preaching,
and teaching. He and his wife Dianne have four children: Jennifer,
who lives in Utah, and three boys, Samuel, Joseph and Luke.

Sandy
joined the New Hope staff in January of 2006. She is a Butler
University graduate, and has been involved with Indianapolis Opera,
Anderson University and Broad Ripple High School as an accompanist.
Prior to coming to New Hope, Sandy was the organist/accompanist
at another local church for 16 years where she also directed the
mens' chorus, praise band and gospel quartet. Sandy and her husband,
Howard, reside in Noblesville.

Melanie joined our staff in November 2007. Originally from South Holland, Illinois, she holds a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and has been involved with various ministries at New Hope. Melanie and her husband Alex have two children and live in Fishers.

Caroline
Steward, who has been a member of New Hope since 1998, joined
the New Hope staff as a counselor in November of 2003. Caroline
is a licensed clinical social worker with over fifteen years
of experience working with families and children. Caroline
has a husband Larry and two children; Mary Jane and Tommy.
