New Hope Presbyterian Church continues to do God’s work here in Fishers. New Hope initiated a capital campaign, Vision…Unlimited, early in 2006 to address growing needs in our church. Averaging about 10% growth per year has expanded our ranks to over 600 faithful members, many being our children and youth. We will confirm over 40 youth this spring as new members! Our warm, welcoming, and genuine atmosphere continues to be the benchmark of our church. MOPs, PDO, the Preschool and our awesome Sunday school and youth programs are drawing people and we are reaching critical mass. God sized things are happening on our little corner!
A capital campaign plan was conceived in 2005 as part of the Sacred Space Grant initiative. Vision…Unlimited is growing with enthusiasm and energy every minute. Momentum is building as the needs are conveyed and the vision unfolds before us. This month church members received mailings and information that outlined our building expansion strategy and financial needs. Additional staff is needed to continue our outstanding programs and variety of ministries, and carry us forward in the years ahead. Now is the time for everyone to pray and ask … “Lord…what do you want me to do?”
